Building the Station

What you're actually buying.

The GKS-X is the production base. It is the platform you build your popping station on.

The production table is the platform you build your popping station on. You spec it in four steps:

  1. 1

    Pick your table size

Start with the 70-inch production table as your base. It is the stainless platform the rest of the station mounts onto, sized to the counter space your venue gives you.

  2. 2

    Choose your volume

Add a Cretors pedestal kettle sized to how much you pop. The 32 oz, 48 oz, and 60 oz are the most common pairings, with the 60 oz reaching up to 1,200 servings an hour.

  3. 3

    Gas or electric

Cretors pedestal kettles come in both electric and gas. Pick the one that matches your venue's utilities and where the station lives.

  4. 4

Optional: caramelizer or Double Feature attachment

Add a CMD25 or CMD50 caramelizer for candy and caramel coated product, or a Double Feature attachment for expanded menu capability.

We will spec the right combination based on your venue volume and product mix.
