Best for seasonal operations

Simple Seasonal Hoods

Straightforward exhaust hoods designed for seasonal kitchens: water parks, agritourism farms, summer concession stands. Lower upfront cost, fast setup, and right-sized for operations that do not run year-round at full volume.

  • Water park concession stands
  • Agritourism farm kitchens
  • Summer-season-only operations
  • Limited-menu seasonal venues
TIER 01 / SIMPLE SEASONAL NAKS simple seasonal exhaust hood with roof exhaust fan
Best for sports flex, indoor venues, no roof access

Self-Contained 4-Foot Fryer Hoods

A self-contained hood and exhaust unit that fits two fryers in a single 4-foot footprint, with no external venting required. We have spec'd this configuration for sports flex operations where venting 50 feet to roof access was not structurally possible or financially reasonable.

If your building cannot easily accommodate a traditional hood vent, this is the unit that solves the problem.

  • Sports flex venues with high ceilings
  • Second-story food courts
  • Indoor venues without roof access
  • Buildings where running venting is cost-prohibitive
TIER 02 / SELF-CONTAINED NAKS self-contained 4-foot fryer hood unit
Best for golf, country clubs, private clubs, full-service

Restaurant Hood Systems

Full commercial Accurex hood systems engineered for high-volume, multi-station kitchens. Premium construction, full code compliance, and the airflow capacity to handle a complete cookline.

This is the hood you put in when you are building a kitchen that needs to run hard for 20 years.

  • Country clubs and private clubs
  • Golf clubhouse kitchens
  • Full-service restaurant cooklines
  • High-volume catering kitchens
TIER 03 / RESTAURANTS Full commercial wall-canopy hood system over a cookline
Three Tiers, Three Use Cases

Pick the hood that fits your operation.

Hoods are not one-size-fits-all. The hood that works for a seasonal water park snack stand will overserve a country club kitchen, and the hood that fits a country club kitchen will price out a sports flex concession stand. We carry three tiers because three tiers covers the operations our clients actually run.

Our Process

How we help you pick.

The three tiers cover most operations, but the right answer for your kitchen depends on volume, equipment lineup, building structure, and code.

The three tiers above cover most operations, but the right answer for your specific kitchen depends on volume, equipment lineup, building structure, and code requirements. When you request a quote, we will talk through:

  • Your equipment lineup and BTU load
  • Building height, roof access, and vent run distance
  • Local code requirements and approvals
  • Budget tier and operational tier
  • Future expansion or equipment changes
