Ventless operation No Type I hood

A built-in catalytic converter eliminates the need for a Type I hood. This is the unlock for sports flex venues, second-story food courts, and any building where a hood is structurally impossible or cost-prohibitive.

Multi-language interface, USB and WiFi enabled, with remote menu updates pushed through TurboChef's Open Kitchen platform. Lock in consistency across every shift and every operator.
